Wi-Fi was fast, but no coffee in the room was disappointing. No pets allowed here.

utterly dissapointed with the service at wingate! first, my family paid less for the same rooms! breakfast wasn't even available when promised. and honestly, the decor looked like it hadn’t been updated since the stone age. i almost thought about complimenting them, but this trip was a nightmare, and well, i just couldn’t let that happen.

While the front staff were friendly and accommodating, I encountered some cleanliness issues with the sheets, which sadly had stains. The lack of coffee in the room was a letdown, as having it readily available would have made the mornings easier.

We had a nice time staying here. The kids really enjoyed the pool area, which was a great way for them to burn off some energy. We also appreciated having fun places to eat nearby, making meals convenient for our large family.

My wife says that the service needs improvement for families.

It was just a prime choice for taking strolls in Augusta with value for money. The cleaning lady in the dining area was incredibly diligent and kept everything spotless, which I appreciated during my stay. Make sure to enjoy the local places to eat nearby.

I couldn't overlook the room's cleanliness issues—walking into a space that felt unkempt is a real downer. The bathroom had moldy corners, and the shower pressure was practically non-existent. On top of that, the breakfast situation was frustrating. items ran out too early, making it hard to grab a bite before hitting the road.
